Capacity Zurich is a nonprofit startup incubator in Zurich, founded in 2015 by Selina Benke-Bruderer, Emily Elsner-Adams and Valentina S. Velandia to create optimal opportunities for entrepreneurs with a migration or refugee background to develop their business ideas and startup projects. The founders say about their initiative: "We firmly believe in the democratisation of entrepreneurial education and the creation of economic opportunities for all. With the Capacity Launch and Boost Programme - a training and mentoring programme tailored to this special group of founders - experienced entrepreneurs make an active contribution as volunteers to the integration and economic independence of the participants, and thus also to the enrichment and strengthening of our economy. So far, around one hundred entrepreneurs have gone through this programme and are now organised as Capacity Alumni.

Wicki Partners is Capacity Zurich's official legal advisory partner, alongside other well-known partner firms that actively support Capacity Zurich financially and through other services. We offer Capacity Zurich and incubator participants free legal support on all legal issues that arise when starting a business, and we participate in the Capacity Launch and Boost Programme through our lawyers.
