# Team spirit
Here it's human in the best sense of the word. We are genuinely interested in each other even without early morning circle dances with a spiritual background. # 60 hours - week
We don't measure success by the length of time you spend in the office. Sure, we work a lot here, too, and mandates set the pace. But in return, we give you a lot of freedom. Home office? If the mandates allow it, of course (by the way, we also have the right IT for this). Part-time? No problem at all. Returning to work after a family break? You're very welcome.

We not only put you in a good position professionally, but also in the truest sense of the word. Your office is in the middle of Zurich. Everything there, everything close by. Even for a midday run or a swim in Lake Zurich. With its own tram stop (Stockerstrasse) - we are still working on renaming it Wicki Partners.
# Everything has its limits
Yes, we are wonderfully uncomplicated. Yes, we like to laugh and have a joke on our lips. And yes, we are open and transparent. But when it comes to high-quality work, compliance and data protection, the fun stops for us. That's why we wrote our client list above in secret ink.
